Built from a WEP kit and finished in the post-1904 livery. There were several types of MICA – some were ventilated only, others refrigerated only, and many like this with the capability for either ventilation of refrigeration.

No.59712 represents an example of a relatively clean MICA B. Contemporary photographs show that these vans could get filthy to the point of the livery being obscured, no doubt from the time many spent on the Metropolitan line between Paddington to Smithfield Market.
